Issue 7. Next on Subprojects & Pricing does nothing
Reporter: finish step 2, hit Next, nothing. Only Previous then Next again unblocks. They guessed an idle timer. There is no timer. Two validators fight.
Ana built the wizard and the canProceed gate. You rewrote what happens when that gate is false. That rewrite is the current bug surface.

New lib/projectWizardValidation.ts. handleNext and handleShowValidationErrors now run collectStepErrors. If that list is empty while canProceed is still false, Next neither navigates nor toasts. |

Step 2 validateForm now uses collectSubprojectErrors. This is the validator that can leave canProceed false after the form looks filled in. |

Ana still owns the original Next click in WizardLayout (9eaf983, 1 Oct 2025 22:04 IST). You own the body that runs after that click. The “go back then Next works” pattern is stale stepValidation[current] plus your empty-error early return.

How this was scored
Implemented means the lines that do the thing, not a later drive-by
You have 141 frontend commits and 186 server commits as Absterrg0. That includes VAT on the booking page, wizard validation, and search pagination caps. Those commits are why search and wizard files show up in git log --author=Absterrg0. Blame on the screenshot widgets still points at Ana or Shrid.
Exception for issue 7: you did not create the wizard, but you are the author of the Next-path that currently no-ops. That is the reported bug. Fix that one. Leave the other fifteen.
